Reverend Melissa Upchurch

Marshall Presbyterian Church's Reverend Melissa Upchurch is retiring. Her last Sunday will be September 17th. 

The folks of Marshall Presbyterian Church would like to invite you to a light-lunch reception on Sunday, September 17th, at 1 p.m. 

We are, of course, very sad to see Reverend Upchurch leave MPC, but we wish her great joy in her retirement to her home state of Arkansas. Please join us in wishing Melissa a huge "thank you" for her many years of faithful service and volunteer efforts in our county.

You are welcome to bring an Easter lily in honor of or in memory of someone on Easter morning to display during worship.  Please provide Pastor Melissa the name you are honoring/remembering no later than Palm Sunday so she can include the names in the Easter Sunday bulletin.

Worship Canceled for Sunday, January 15, 2023

Hello Friends,
The church board has canceled the Gentle Faith class and the worship service for tomorrow, January 15, because driving conditions may still be unsafe. It won't do to start the year off with a broken leg or dented fenders!
Stay home, stay warm, and contemplate what discipleship means in your life, in the church, and in society.
We look forward to seeing you next week!

11 a.m. Christmas Day service is a GO!

Dress warm and casual, and bring coffee or hot chocolate in a spill-proof travel mug. See you there!😀👍

Room change b/c A/C Fail

Sunday, June 19 Worship:
We will be meeting at 10 a.m. for Gentle Faith class and 11 a.m. for worship in the Fellowship Hall while we await an A/C repair.
Therefore, we won't be on Zoom this week. Our apologies for the disconnect but come see us and dress casual!😀👍

Offsite Worship Sunday, June 5

We are worshipping offsite Sunday, June 5; we will be back for Sunday, June 12.  We invite you to the Gentle Faith class at 10 a.m. in the Fellowship hall and/or worship in the sanctuary at 11 a.m.  June 12.
